When I wrote to a friend that I had gone through a healing process in which I have become whole, he did not understand. Most people do not know when they have divine spiritual problems. They know that they have spiritual or psychological challenges. People in Africa blame mostly witches, wizards, ancestors, the “enemy”, etc. This enemy might be imaginary or real. There is the ikor (pronounced eekor) “The ikor is the person, entity, spirit form, institution, organization, or being who monitors the victim closely; every step with the sole purpose of frustrating the victim’s every attempt in life. . . .” (TAKE OVER CONTROL or TOC p 92). The ikor by this definition are to be found in the main, among those trying to convert one into their religion or cult. Part of the revelation is the knowledge that focusing too much on what the ekor could be doing against one is wrong. It came among KEYS TO SUCCESSFUL PRAYERS, namely that, “People should focus more on solutions rather than reasons and causes of problems in life. This way, they will attract STRANGERS that may include deities and aliens (extra terrestrial beings) who have solutions. Too much hate and brooding locks them out. One attracts instead, spirits and powers that benefit from the sadness and failure of people. Less focus on devils and enemies real or imagined, and more on praying for solutions will get us further.”
Book Knowledge Insufficient
I met a middle aged man in America who was vast in theories about life after death, the journeys in the underworld, the astral world, and witchcraft. I travelled there as oboiro. I had intended to give them arcane manuscripts. I asked him out of curiosity what his source of information was about what they called spiritism and witchcraft. He answered, “The same source as you – books.” I was stunned. I was disillusioned.
Therefore, when I say that I am healed spiritually or that I have become whole, the minds of people are not likely to think about the same thing that made me whole.
I have been WITHOUT a religion as I now know. I understood what religious preachers said, especially the preachers of revealed Religions. I am an African who has also been interested in religious phenomena among Africans. We seem to have settled for AFRICAN TRADITIONAL RELIGION (AAA). I know what this was from what I read in books! I wrote about it in Books, on my blogs, and taught about it on TV, etc.
Divine Revelation
I was deluding myself; because, I said a lot without actually EXPERIENCING any healing of my spirit or in my SOUL. I made a breakthrough months ago, when I received a REVELATION from OKENANUBODE or Mount Anubode in Ughoton, Edo Sate of Nigeria. It was revealed to me at ARUOKUN on the Mount Anubode.
The revelation was followed by a sense of relief and ecstasy. Everything in my life so far made one coherent sense of a sudden. (I am about 70). This was the culmination of my DIVINE INITIATION that started in 1954 when I was about 12. I met at that time a conclave of some beings that looked like white smoke to me then. They floated on the river that turned out to be the downstream of Mystery River EMIMIKPO on Mount Anubode.
I now KNOW what the difference is between divine initiation and mundane initiation. Divine initiation follows a scheme of ORISA Almighty. It starts always with theophanic experience when a gathering of deities appears to the candidate. It is not the appearance of one deity; rather it must be appearance of a group. I have met others in Ughoton who narrated experiences similar to mine. It took over 50 years from that encounter (1954) until the revelation of ARUOKUN in 2010 in Ughoton at the foot of OKENANUBODE!
Soul Is Source Of Healing
I associate my experience with my soul. SOUL is non-mortal. Its function is to be the medium through which one is co-creator in, and of the universe. One communicates through it and controls the world through consciousness. One’s soul alone shall one “worship” (without blood) to keep it self-sustaining and able to develop and attain the attributes to share in the OGHENE of Orisa (i.e. in the presence of Orisa marked by the emanation of effulgence; OGHENEN indicates the magnificence and awesome splendor of Orisa almighty). The soul is the one that receives one’s experience for analysis. The soul alone shall take a place in oghene Orisa after the separation from the physical world and body (at the disintegration of the physical body). “The essence of a human person, one’s spiritual root, that which links a personality internally with ARUOKUN SESSION in heaven is the soul. True spiritual healing must come therefore from the soul.
One made whoe has profound insights as oboiro into the workings of the universe. He then lives by EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE and TRUTH, rather than by conjecture and what one reads in books.
BEAST 666 (or Aleister Crowley), GOD, BARRIER And REINTEGRATION Into HEAVEN
What have Aleister Crowley, Beast 666 (or Satan diabolos the Devil), God, Reintegration Into Heaven? Aleister Crowley, features in this list because of my experiences with our brothers and sisters in the USA that I interacted with some time ago and the disciples of Aleister Crowley in Africa. He is the metaphor for Satan and vexatious gods and ancestors of Africa. These together constitute the barrier that separates us from eternal session of dwellers of Mount Anubode on earth and in Heaven. I write as oboiro (medium of communication between members of that body on one hand and between them and humankind on the other.
Beast 666 and co are in a war with humankind that they hold for ransom. The ransom is that people must make blood offerings repeatedly to appease them. Only one word is used to identify one’s inter action with ancestors, and that is APPEASE them.
The channel through which they operate is the minds, spirits, and “the other” of people. (“The other” will be explained below.) The war front approximately is the physical universe and worlds of minds, astral bodies, and spirits. The actual war front goes beyond these.
Aleister Crowley’s ultimate goal was to manifest as Beast 666 on earth in the middle of the twentieth century. He lamented that, what he called the silence of the black brothers stood between him and that ultimate goal. The silence of the Black Brothers, which Aleister Crowley lamented as being the barrier to achieving his ultimate goal, is what I called Ebo in an earlier version of this blog. I now know that it is providence OKUN that is the barrier against perpetuation of the evil of holding human soul in bondage.
Definition of Ebo: Ebo is the agency, channel, or instrument and means that bear to fruition, our thoughts, prayers, decrees, or expressions of the will in whatever form (i.e. what is called AKHASE). Ebo may be present through different forms including physical objects. We are now interested only in the transcendent power of crating by willing the event to happen. Ebo in this form is AKHASE or a CRAFT that is manifested through Ruaobi (chants and so-called holy names of God, mantra, etc.)
See Ebo for definition; Ebo-artifact in the form of instruments or tools fall under ARUOKUN. Aruokun is now our epitaph for Ebo-artifact and all.
If ARUOKUN can defeat him and his God once, it can defeat him again. If ARUOKUN can defeat him, it can defeat those who believe in him and who worship either him or Beast 666, or Satan. ARUOKUN can therefore liberate you, as well as continue to protect you against all these and other maleficent municipalities and powers.
A corollary of this is that a true seeker does not, and cannot combine the two, ARUOKUN on one hand, and Beast 666, fetishism, necromancy, God, and the voodoo or religions of the Serpent on the other hand, in his/her life. Idolaters and fetishists comb may combine worship of Beast 666, God, and The Serpent without difficulties because they share blood with them. This is both figuratively and literarily.
One cannot extract blood without physical violence. Hence, blood, idolatry, and violence go together. The degree of violence knows of no bounds; its scope is boundless - it manifests on a scale as small as fights between individuals, and as large as wars between communities and nations. Spilling of blood is always the end result of all wars. Acquisition of territories is only to have a store for the constant supply of blood to their deity. The deity has many names which include, but not limited to the titles on the list, namely Beast 666, God, and The Serpent, etc.
The “Other” – Astral Body or Ababe
The Satanists in their varied forms have one problem - normal human spirits, souls, or minds are not susceptible to their manipulation, hence not suited for the realization of the Satanists’ project. Therefore, they create in the physical body of their victim, one or more entities usually called astral bodies. We call this body, ababe in Benin (my mother tongue in Nigeria).
The name for such persons who bear one or more ababe in the physical body is witch or wizard. A person in whom dwells one or more of ababe cannot be converted, or excluded. They could be redeemed by the Oboiro, or any adept who can create lead them in ARUOKUN SESSIONS.
All ababe in the world are of one God. Putting the union between God and ababe asunder would make the kingdom of God to fall. As it is said, “A kingdom divided against it cannot stand”. That alone should not deter the witch or wizard from attempting to rid his/her body of ababe; they shouldn’t for a more, to the individual, important reason which is the fact that the witch or wizard would either go insane or perish if the exorcism should succeed. Anyone who has tried exorcism knows that the attempt only complicates the life of the witch or wizard. Witches and wizards cannot be redeemed through exorcism. Exorcism is fraud. The phenomenon of WITCHCRAFT in Africa includes what they call MAGIC, RITUAL MAGIC, WICA, SORCERY, RELIGION, etc. in the Western World and elsewhere. My focus is on the CRAFT and not on the WITCH. These are all inter-related by one CRAFT.
I shall illustrate the definition of the witchCRAFT; it is based on events recorded under that notion in Nigeria.
I watched a news item on the Network in Nigeria and saw a man being paraded. He bore a clay pot filled with some liquid on his head. Another man, his land lord, brought him to the station to confess to having killed the landlord’s daughter with witchcraft. The man pleaded guilty to the accusation.
The news agent asked him how he did it. His answer revealed the definition – he said that he requested the landlord to give him a bottle of locally brewed gin. The landlord sent his little daughter to collect it for them. The girl obeyed her father and bought the drink. The man drank it after offering PRAYER; the girl died that night. The newsman could not see the connection, so he asked the “wizard” to explain how buying drink resulted in the death of the girl. He answered that that was the “witchcraft”.
The second example is from the same station. A police suspect was interviewed on television. He had killed his father with a hammer.
He explained that the father had four of them as sons. The father asked the eldest of the four to buy for him a goat and a bottle of gin. He did. They slaughtered the goat after PRAYER by the father; they fed on it. The father PRAYED and drank the gin. The son died later that night.
Years after the father asked the eldest son (who was formerly the number two) to buy for him a goat and a bottle of gin; he did. They all went through the same ritual of PRAYING and feeding on the goat; the father drank the gin after offering PRAYER. The son died that night as did the one before him.
The man narrated how his third brother bought a goat as requested for by the father and died. Now the father asked him, the only surviving son, for a goat and gin. “I led him down a foot path. When we were alone, I hit him on the head with the hammer. He died and I reported myself to the police.” The man narrated.
A third example shows another aspect of the experience. A man was paraded on a different TV station. He had reported him to the police after beheading his father. He explained in answer to demand for explanation, that his father had seven children. None of them was progressing; and everyone in the village knew that his father was the wizard who was preventing their progress. “I beheaded him so that my younger ones might progress.”
The major accusation against witches and wizards worldwide is that they prevent success, pregnancy, bumper harvest, etc. That is that they are the main agents retarding the progress and success of individuals or whole communities. Often ignored is the spiritual institution of beings manipulating these people through empowering them. Not that the power is operated through PRAYERS! The CRAFT is the instrument of some gods or God to rule the world. The solution to the problems by these mediums is PRAYER. PRAYERS are prayers, but there are differences.
I had a revelation as I researched to solve the problem of the African that has now become an obsession. I referred to it in my Book (Take Over Control) as presence of a metaphysical black hole in our psyche. The CRAFT as I now know is what we rely on (albeit just as everyone else in other Continents). What is different in our case is failure to identify the beings or God manipulating us through the CRAFT.
Has it happened to you before for example, that a person who had offended you soon had an accident? You caused the accident, albeit inadvertently. Your anger manifested the power that organized the affairs around that person to die. It is not the case that “PRAYERS” are stated in words. It is the same power that emanated from the tenant, the father of the son who bludgeoned his father to death, and the son who beheaded his father.
The solution is for us to align the PRAYER-CRAFT in us with that of the appropriate “God”. The name of the God should be identified, his/her nature understood, and either accepted or rejected. We are divine beings; as such we must refuse to be manipulated as robots. The power within and without can be controlled and directed towards solving the myriad of problems facing us individually, our communities and nations. The gods as such are not to blame, but our failure to refuse to surrender. You must refuse to anoint your head with blood. We must nurture our spiritual capabilities.
Conclusion
Ignorance of parents and immediate family is the bane of all children in Africa. This derives from atavistic theology. I can read this during oboiro-divination when such persons (young or old) are brought to me for “healing”. A person who shall be misjudged as cursed from birth would begin life under severe induced spiritual problems that would necessitate frequent visits to the oracles. The oracle would always recommend that the parents make sacrifices to appease the gods or vexatious ancestral spirits that turn out to be ubiquitous. The Oboiro does NOT rely on oracles and would therefore not recommend such sacrifices. Sacrificing animals is a drain on the meager resources of the parents or family who might be ruined by such frequent expenses. Some innocent children are therefore murdered by their parents in early age to forestall being ruined.
Attempts are made by others to “cure the baby or child”. The treatment may include making some incisions on eye lid or chick. Some are given potions to swallow. Different potions are administered to the same child over a period. This is attempting curing through trial and error. The toxicity of the potion is not considered; hence, the child may die from the toxicity.
Others who survive the ordeals in childhood suffer from spiritual, psychological, and ritual abuse (SPRA) due to having been subjected to too much spiritual, psychological, and ritual treatment. They therefore keep seeking cure throughout life until they die in poverty having been ruined. Some exceptions survive to become reputed spiritualists and healers. These are the agents of change that the upholders of progress and prosperity in Anubode are using for the good of all.
They are immune against injuries from witchcraft or psychic attacks. This indicates that they are under a special grace. However, they being very psychic are susceptible to manipulations by priests, spirits, witches, wizards, and the like. They are like pawns of the spiritual world; they are drained of vitality and so on. This is the source of their problem. Their parents and close relatives complain because their spiritual lives are not under any discernible control. While everyone in the spiritual world seem to be able to manipulate them, those seeking to help them are unable to swing their fate or fortune. This is because they are applying the wrong methods. We hope that appropriate metaphysics will replace the atavistic theology in our days.
Meanwhile, their parents and relatives try to make them amenable to spiritual influences or witchcraft-related rituals and voodoo initiation based on surrender and absorption into fetish deities and gods like “normal” people do. Thus their immunity appears strange to the average person who sees them consequently in a sense that they are weird or odd and defy treatment. The relatives who do not understand their special status and needs, keep spending their meager resources on trying to “cure” or “buy” them; this is of course a horrendous burden to them. “Buying” those mean making blood and related sacrifices in large quantities and over a long period.
The person is eventually left to his/her fate if lucky. The unlucky ones are either murdered or die from poisoning occasioned by the toxicity of the several potions that they are made to ingest as part of the treatment. Yet others become adepts as oboiro or spiritual healers as they go through repeated exposure to certain treatments. These may refine the crude and cruel treatment methods to counsel and heal others.
They are perceived wrongly as burdens to themselves, parents, family, and society. Some parents would go as far as to poison a child that shows the trait. They are persecuted. Some are bludgeon to death in the attempt to drive out what they think is an evil spirit that either obsess them or possess them. People attempt to cure them through exorcism. I narrowly missed suffering this fate as a child.
These misunderstood people are assets to a society that sees a personality beyond the myopic, stupid, and superstitious. Most people do not even like to speak about it in the belief that, “When you talk of the devil, it appears.” They believe that by talking about them, they may attract (to them) evil souls to take on life and incarnate as their offspring or close relation.
Since what these people develop into depend on the nature of the society we must engineer a more humane peaceful society. We must make the society a better place where a person would not be afraid to tell the true stories about his/her experiences. I, for example did not tell anyone about my experience at the river in 1954 until after more than forty years for fear. I started to have the courage after I was sixty years of age!

My Analysis Of Diviner Personality
I interviewed adults and the elderly to find out their perceptions and definitions of the term “igbakhuan”. This I had to do because we do not have dictionaries or encyclopedia where one could look up words. Everyone of them started by saying that a sickly child is usually believed to be one. These would include sickle cell carriers who go through crises often. They do not make allowance for these. There are other medical conditions, the causes of which are attributed to evil spirits or a curse.
More importantly, these people with peculiar diviner personality or oboiro-trait are indeed the agents to those dwellers of transcendental Oke n’Anubode (Holy Mounts in the world that include Mount Anubode in Edo State of Nigeria). These sustain the progress of the universe. Put differently, these are a set of special people caught between two opposing powers that rule the universe – power of the fallen deity on one hand, and the powers promoting eternal progress going on in Anubode. Anubode exists as the engine room of refining of creation. These higher dwellers are busy creating and changing occurrences and events, or transforming and transmuting beings and forms as souls for good and justice.
Some define theses persons as persons whose spiritual origin or lineage is unknown. Our peoples see most persons as reincarnations. When they say that the spiritual origin of a person is unknown, they mean that they cannot divine through oracles (as explained above), whose reincarnation the person is. They are unable to identify with his/her soul.
This stems from the general belief that souls of people must belong to a specific world known to the oracle before they take on the human body. This is the world that is accessible to oracle. The oracle knows only souls who are necessarily in bondage of fallen gods, goddesses, ancestors, Deity, fetish juju, etc. Those who have not fallen since the beginning of the multiverse or macrocosm are more than the fallen, because the fallen are extensions of dwellers of our world of flesh and blood only. What is our world of flesh and blood but a microcosm, an insignificant quantity?
It is my observation that the priests and custodians of our culture always conclude that what they cannot unravel has roots in past incarnations. Some speculate therefore, that the person with oboiro-trait is suffering for the sins of past incarnations. This is not true; what appears as suffering at the surface is indeed a learning process that prepares one for higher responsibilities and missions.
Alternatively, it is believed that persons come from different worlds or region in Anubode. Some believe that souls or spirits of people come from the realm of one or the other species of animals, forests, rivers, etc. One for example might be reptilian, or of the elements such as water-spirits. This belief has become so prevalent, that people seldom remember that one could be from the human species. This derives from there being no normal people in their theology. In other words, practically everybody has spiritual problems so much so that what would have been normal in one being virtually without spiritual problems are considered abnormal.
Do the traditions not teach that the soul as ehi to be born goes before Osa (God) to edit the destiny of the life to lead after birth into the world on earth? Is the abode of Osa among reptiles, and other creatures of the wild? Osa lives in the abode of purity, glory, excellence, and transcendence. This is called ogua oghẹnẹ Osa meaning the transcendental realm (palace) of glory. Therefore it is not true that the soul of everyone (or most people) come from reptilian, animal, or world of demons or fallen Deity.

Diagnosis Of Diviner Personality (Oboiro-Trait )
Sometimes, a baby becomes sickly after birth in spite of all the precautionary sacrifices made to guarantee receiving a baby from the human world (some people believe that the soul can come from the reptilian or world of the lower animals and demons); most people wish that the reincarnated to be from their lineage; some work to have a baby coming with good spirits. The parents of the sickly baby, or the person who is prone to bad luck or who feels that he/she is jinxed consults the oracle. The oracle would always confirm that the person is cursed. This is the way that the oracles in Africa works.
These would include some children who display spiritual performances of extrasensory perception (EXP). Take for example a child whose mother lives in a distant town. No one has heard from her for years. Of a sudden, the child starts singing a welcoming chorus that children sing when they sight their mother returning from the market or long journey. Adults would tease the child as being naughty. The unexpected mother would turn up within twenty four hours as if from nowhere. The child would sing the welcoming chorus; this would remind the adults of the former behavior of the child. Rather than think of enhancing this natural endowment, they start trying to “cure” the child.
My mother told me that I exhibited such behavior of “seeing things” or making “weird” predictions so frequently, that my mother was advised to seek a “cure”. She said that she was remembering for the first time since over thirty years or so that they had concluded to take me to a spiritual healer. She said she simply forgot.
I have always had friends that others do not see. They teach me the language of spirits. They taught me a song that I sang and my mother forgot. She confirmed that I used to talk to myself in a language that no one else understood. This was even before I could communicate in the language of adults around me. This is the language that I first called RUDRAKH. I had a Rudrakh Drugless Therapy Center where I healed without drugs. I now compose chants which I call Ruaobi for healing and intercession. Had they succeeded in “curing” me, I would not have fulfilled my mission, the mission that was my destiny of Oboiro. (See (Prediction about my mission before I was born), TOC p 119).
The experience of “seeing things” is frequent with me; however some stand out such as the scene that I observed in 1954 and Ekehuan (Edo State of Nigeria). I was to see related events on Oke n’Anubode in 2010. This is the bases of what I now know about ARUOKUN.
Incarnation
We believe that the soul of a baby could come from any worlds, such as the plant world, animal kingdom – reptiles e.g. snakes, crocodiles, alligators, etc. mammals, e.g. pigs, cow, dogs, monkey, rodents, etc. birds e.g. vultures, hawk, condors, etc. or fish among others. They could be from outside of these and come from the kingdom of spirits and demons. They could be river or water spirits, spirits of the forest or pristine country side, spirits of hills, etc.
This grouping coincides with the types of entities or beings that witches can turn into. This could be when going to Sabbaths or covens.
I am concerned that others are not notices; these include those with the spirits of geniuses, naturally charismatic individuals, those born with the faculty to discern spiritual events and receive divine revelations of Mysteries. However, traditional theology or metaphysics does not make allowance for these. People tend to fear such people rather than nurture them as babies or honor them as adults.
What these persons eventually develop into will be a consequence of the prevailing conditions in the society. They are often personalities with the mission to correct the ills of society or to enhance positive directions in the development of the society. A cruel society is likely going to produce a reformer whose contributions to change the society would be more traumatic than if the society were a kind, peaceful, and loving one.
It is believed that some persons can produce vermin such as rodents to devastate crops. These are the sort of persons that are cursed by the powers that protect the society against such magic or witchcraft. This partially is the bases of the fear, that a baby born with traits that suggest extra spirituality could be an agent in the making. Such of course would bring the curses aimed at curbing the presence of such personalities in the society. These are given awful names like igbakhuan in Benin (Nigeria where I come from) that suggest they are cursed and a curse to others.

Abstract
There is a phenomenon in our society for which we seem not to have a correct explanation or understanding in Africa. Therefore, it is deemed to be a sort of spiritual deformity. Parents pray not to have them as children. Families spend a lot of resources on curing them or “buying” them by making blood offerings over a long period to all sorts of spirits and ancestors to redeem the child. They seek help from far and near looking for someone to exorcise the spirit from their bodies. They end up poisoning the child deliberately or out of error. Some Christians would flog them in the attempt to drive the evil spirit out of them; they bludgeon them sometimes to death. Who are these people?
Endowed Personality For Divine Revelation – Oboiro-trait
A personality emerges in the history of a community and becomes the mover of the whole. Such a personality has become scarce in our time, because they are misunderstood while still babies as being possessed or bearers of a curse. This is so because they do not fit prevailing stereotypes. These include geniuses, naturally charismatic individuals, those born with the faculty to discern spiritual events and receive divine revelations of Mysteries.
The signs of this trait in children are perceived as signs of the presence of evil spirits in the children. Parents pray not to have them as children. Families spend a lot of resources on “curing” them or “buying” them by making blood offerings over a long period to all sorts of spirits and ancestors to redeem the child. They seek help from far and near looking for someone to exorcise the spirit from their bodies. They end up poisoning the child deliberately or out of error. Some Christians would flog them in the attempt to drive the evil spirit out of them; they bludgeon them sometimes to death.
For me, one has to have a personality that is peculiar to those who can receive divine revelations. Others, who may not have this trait, would be able to guide their lives through insight into what was revealed to/or through these people. This is applicable in a more important way, to those who may have the peculiar personality but are unable to convert the revelations for practical purposes of meeting the challenges of the world. We will be considering such personalities next.
We have persons with distinct spiritualities that are deviations from the average. These persons are very psychic with a high and acute capability of extrasensory perception (ESP). More importantly, they have the capability to create through will. Their handicap is that they are like persons with very high acuity of sight who are unable to blink, shut the eyes, or focus; they are unable to organize the objects and events regarded into a coherent configuration. They call them igbakhuan in Benin Language. This is a derogatory term that connotes that the person either is under a curse or is ill.
The capability is a blessing that needs to be properly managed. My thesis is that this trait is the prerequisite for one who shall receive divine revelations for the human race. The person would under the appropriate conditions be the revealer of divine messages. This is the trait for example of every oboiro; hence, I shall call it the oboiro-trait. The person with this trait is the person who ought to be aided to become an oboiro, such as this author. But the path of the destiny of such persons is arduous especially in a society where there is no concept of gifted children. I shall outline what happens to them in the absence of special facilities.
Persecuted People
The oracle plays a central role in identifying the personality and destiny of persons in Africa at conception or at birth. It serves as source of justification for persecuting these children classified as witches and wizards, possessed, or obsessed personalities; these may be persons at either the atavistic or genius ends on the spectrum on the scale of civilization. I call it persecution; they call it treatment to cure the victim or exorcise evil spirits out of them.
I suspect a conspiracy on the part of the priesthood that has evolved over the millennia, such that persons are routinely initiated to different masquerade societies and cults to keep them under their control. This is not African peculiarity. I was initiated before age ten; others are baptized as babies. These initiation rituals are intended to link the destiny of the initiate to the Deity and ancestors. The link or union is supposed to be for life. However, the person with the trait is not bound for long. The plan of the priesthood is thwarted and expectations remain unfulfilled. The members of the cult, coven, or church then turn on the person with witchcraft, spells, subjecting them to Spiritual, Psychic, and Ritual Abuse (SPRA). This is the source of all the problems (spiritual and otherwise) that plagues the person with the trait. This would be lifelong unless reversed or converted into a blessing as I have done in my life. It took over fifty years to achieve.
Many remain victims of villains who orchestrate a campaign of calumny against them. The villains are the ones that instigate the desire in the parents and guardians to seek cure for their children or wards. The secret is that the priests actually cursed the children. They do this deliberately often when they observe that the baby or child would save those that the priesthood is out to enslave. They otherwise have preemptive “rites of passage”. This is the secret that has not been told before now - it is not the case that the problems of the person with oboiro-trait are natural like shadows follow people. Revelations like this led to undeclared perpetual war between the oboiro on one hand and the agents of the Deity on the other hand.
. . . . to be continued.
Holy Mounts Of Revelations In Nigeria
The other is the Mount Iropfio that is described as “7 miles to heaven“. Iropfio is a homestead in Ivbiaro. A road leads from the last house of the homestead along a 7 mile stretch that ends in “heaven“. Our people translate the word erinmwin as heaven. “Heaven” here simply means the abode of the dead and not the opposite of hell. The other meaning of erinmwin is Mystery or everything that is above human understanding. Death of course is a mystery, and as such erinmwin. A person, who dies, leaves the realm where we can understand him/her to a realm that is outside human understanding or erinmwin. A synonym for erinmwin can be “MYSTERY”; however this would make its analysis for the generality of people more difficult. We hope that we can prepare people to receive directly, divine revelations about Anubode.
The supernatural beings transfigure or metamorphose as well. Human beings may change during initiation on the Mount where the person goes through the sublimation process spiritually, physically, or both. This point is emphasized by the fact that people who wish to go and view Mount Iropfio are warned not to stare at the Mount or “ete” in local language, because it undergoes changes from time to time. If one should stare and it changes, the person must keep watching until it changes to what it was when the person started to stare. Any skeptic is welcome to experiment to find out what happens to those who fail to heed the warning.
Okenanubode is enveloped by growth of shrubs that shields it as if by a curtain that protect the ordinary person from looking on what could blind them or transform them. Therefore, inhabitants of Ughoton hear vivid conversations, vehicular noises, and so on, the sources of which they cannot regard or comprehend – i.e. the source is erinmwin.
Middle Passage
Most people emphasize that each Mount is the middle passage to other universes. This in other words means that the souls of those who die pass through this Mount on their way to the adjacent universe. This is sometimes misunderstood that the dwelling in erinmwin is only for the dead. Consequently people are even reluctant to talk about Ughoton or Ivbiaro, the larger communities where the Mounts are located. Most are not comfortable with a person from those areas. Some relate to me with suspicion when they hear of my involvement in the goings on at Ughoton and Ivbiaro
We have narratives about some persons actually “stepping” into an adjacent universe in those areas (and elsewhere in Edo State). I am gathering stories on this with the aim of investigating the truth or otherwise of the legends. Just as there can be no smoke without fire, so also there can be no legends without some actual event resembling it having happened.
Orinmwin means corpse; erinmwin is not limited to the dead or orinmwin, but everything or beings that are not visible or that are above human understanding. Okenanubode is also where the spirits and souls of the living on earth dwell among erinmwin (they themselves being erinmwin).
Divine Revelation Of Mystery Of Anubode Is The Key
The proper integration of the divine revelation of the mystery of Anubode into our knowledge of the universe would go a long way to filling the metaphysical black hole in our psyche or soul that is the main goal of, or justification for all my investigations as the Oboiro. I stated the thesis thus, “We have no control over our lives individually or otherwise, because a [metaphysical] “black hole” exists in our psyche, heritage, soul, life, etc. as members of the human race. This made us incapable of organizing our lives rationally.“ TAKE OVER CONTROL: Without Physical Violence (TOC p 7)
It is on record that founders of world religions got divine revelations on Mounts; why not in Africa? Others such as Oba Ewuare the Great left traces of his exploits at Ughoton. He did not write books as he had not yet gained access to writing. He left what was current in his days, namely shrines, and ebo or mojo for which he is famous. These confirm him as a magician at par with other Prophets and miracle workers who got revelations from the Mounts in their domicile. He would have been a Prophet as well as being a magician.
Those who live near these mounts tell stories that suggest divine revelations. My writing since my experience of 13th March 2010 has changed due to the divine revelation that I had on that day at Ughoton. Failure of our ancestors to invent the alphabet has been our handicap in Africa. The Asians do not have exactly A, B, C, yet they could represent ideas in written form. This is what had been lacking. We hope that the message of Mounts Anubode and Iropfio will be disseminated in written form for the benefit of humankind as we progress.
