African Slave Trade – Solution Rather Than Scapegoats

Who To Blame (Quote from the Book, TAKE OVER CONTROL by the author of this blog)

“It is not correct that white Christians and Arabic Mohammedans are primarily to blame for our fate. The white peoples of Europe saved us indeed from the tyranny of our own priests in the later part of the 19th century. They or their descendants still do! This is the bitter truth. Remember the genocides and crimes against humanity, and so on that go on in Africa. Who stops or puts them in check other than the “international community”? Who are the majority in the so-called international community? This is a historical fact. The memory of the associated humiliations in our history of slave dealing, evil racial ethos or soul may be much easier to tolerate if we had someone else to blame – scapegoats. We ought to have only ourselves to blame. Slave raiding and trade continued amongst our people years after the abolition of slavery by the Europeans.

The Europeans had to force us to stop it! Slavery, the fact that our politicians, priests, and kings hold the Race in bondage is the facts of our history. It is the common denominator of all. A phase lasted for over four hundred years. It still has not really ended one thousand years after it started. Yet, no one writes or talks about it as the single most devastating experience of the Race, (Take Over Control 29) which bears eloquent testimony to the episteme powers and memory in the racial ethos. They ask me, “Why not let the sleeping dog lay?” The dog is not sleeping. This is another trait, namely to hide the truth, or ignore it hoping that it will go away, or oppress whoever dares to expose it”.

I was not apportioning blame for the slave trade as such. I was rather concerned about our fate or destiny on earth as a race. Slave Trade was partly the consequence of this; i.e. consequent on how we have run our destiny, history, and lives. Some have zeroed in on slave trade to the exclusion of my primary concern.

The arguments that I have read show two opposing camps as follow: on one hand we have those who would say, “If Africans had not sold other Africans to the Europeans there would not have been slave trade.” We have on the other hand those who would say that, “If Europeans had not offered to buy slaves, there would have been no slave trade”. The first school of thought leaves one with the impression that the Europeans met the Africans advertising Slaves on show glasses when the Europeans arrived; that they only took advantage of the opportunity and bought a few slaves at first. They went into a larger trade for economic or business expediencies later.

I observed that some of the scholars debating the issues do not distinguish between statuses as servant or house help, serf, and slave.

Slavery Not Serfdom

“There is slavery and there is serfdom. It happens at times that a person becomes indebted to another person. The parties may work this out by the debtor agreeing to work for the creditor for a stipulated period in lieu of paying in the form originally agreed upon. The debtor may contribute his son to go to live and work for the creditor for a period. Such a hand is called a serf. The serf has equal right to life like every other member of the community. He cannot be sold or killed as an offering. He would be free to return to his family at the expiration of the agreed period. Slaves in Africa had no right to life. They were reared just like other domesticated animals. They served as beasts of burden. They were intended to absorb the CURSES earned by their owners (including what people call bad karma today). They otherwise served as convenient messengers of their masters who sent them to carry messages to dead ancestors.

“Carrying messages to dead ancestors” is the euphemism for human sacrifice or ritual murder. Indeed, their blood was offered at the flimsiest excuse to idols, the weather, idolized forces, and events, gods, ancestors, etc. The belief expressed by some reputable historians and otherwise erudite scholars in this regards, namely that the slavery in Africa was just like anyone in other civilizations in human history is false. The conspirators as anti-Masquerades usurped the roles of AA (as was being mediated by the Masquerade). This may be said to be the primordial and spiritual origin of slavery. Slavery (which is not the same as serfdom) existed in Africa long before the beginning of commercial slavery. The over four hundred years of commercial slavery by our ancestors in their kith and kin is the most glaring and recent illustration of the evil as our self-inflicted fate. Slavery in Africa is not serfdom.” (R. Dahra Hargaalga Snr. TAKE OVER CONTROL p 86)

Society Defines Statuses

The ranks are as conceived of, defined, and deemed acceptable or otherwise by the SOCIETY. Thus the status of slavery or servitude is part of the culture of the respective society. Slavery therefore is part of African culture and acceptable without evoking any guilt. Was and is still acceptable.
The primordial causes of slavery in general have been my preoccupation. (ibid, Chapter Five). They yielded SPRA (Spiritual, Psychic, and Ritual Abuse) as African heritage. A consequence (not the only consequence) of the primordial causes is the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade of course.
It is not useful to dwell forever on whom to blame without regards to the present religious, traditional, and cultural institutions. We need to revisit the priesthood initiations for transforming an average member of the population into messengers, oracles, or mouthpieces of Gods and ancestors through SPRA? SPRA as method is evil.
We should stop looking for scapegoats and whom to blame, while we remain part of the perpetuation of the very institutions of SPRA that facilitate mental, spiritual, and blood slavery. We must create and formulate alternative ways to initiations based on PSRA; we should substitute the alternatives that I propounded elsewhere. Economic conditions play vital role in one “volunteering” to suffer through SPRA. Hence, we must transform our society so that everyone has equal opportunities for self-realization.

Mount Anubode is where they dwell supernatural, invisible, transcendental Beings, primordial ancestors, aliens, the spirits and souls. The college og ancestors-to-be is located there. Every human being can become and ancestor who intercedes in human lives. You would as creator. This is possible through DIVINE INITIATION in ARUOKUN. The mystery of the destiny of the world flows from there, and is the spiritual world of divine initiation.
